I know this Substack has been a bit quiet lately, but it’s for good reason.
I have been working on some passion projects / transitions that are very close to fruition, so you’ll hear about them soon!
It’s funny, as I’ve been building some new things, the energy of it must be in the ether as suddenly many interview requests are showing up. I hadn’t been interviewed all that much in the last 3 or 4 years, but as I’ve been following a lot of of my interests and passions lately, things are adjusting.
As they often say: follow your curiosity and excitement. I’ve been really focused on that the last year or so and inspiring things are emerging.
Below is one of the latest interviews I did with ‘Wake Up with Robito Chatwin”. It was an enjoyable interview with an inspiring flare to it, check it out if interested. Robito has quite a few other interviews you might enjoy as well.
Today I’m speaking to a group on students at a university in San Francisco. Perhaps I’ll be able to grab a recording of that one. My talk will be about full bodied sensemaking. Mind, body, and soul as tools to discern our reality. Should be fun!
More content coming soon, thanks for being patient :)
You can check out the interview here or via the link below.
Aloha, Joe! Thank you for all you do! Each time we grow and love and demonstrate love and kindness, generosity and hope and faith, as well as compassion, we are not only enhanced by our choices'; we help others on the path and help our ancestors. I love the direction, you have chosen to take, and I thank you. I think of the story of the 100th monkey and that we are here to be, do and have our purpose revealed as we extend our personal growth that permeates others and all we do. We/"it" is all interconnected. Amen, namaste' and great blessings! As Captain Picard would say, "Engage!" You are loved!!
It is great that you are going to talk with students about the relevance of the message of the body.
It is such a marginal topic in today's society, and yet one of the quickest and more authentic pathways to a fuller life.
As my Zen teacher says, “The mind is complex, the body is simple”.
So why obsessing over the complexities of the mind, when we can simply listen to the body?
This is might take on the concept I have shared last week. You and your readers might like it! https://livmkk.substack.com/p/the-mind-is-complex-the-body-is-simple
