Plant medicine and "breathwork" meditation have helped me experience just that (and so much more!).

Really well said! We are connected, but it is something that is hard for people to relate to if they have not had the felt experience. Perhaps that is the key.

I can relate to what you are saying here. I am 61. Raised in the outback. Evil narcissistic father. Shown no unconditional love by family. But received unconditional love from the town/tribe folk. Had an amazing childhood running totally free, even at a high end boarding school. Soon as I had saved enough money I began traveling the world. I seemed to meet a lot of the same type of people that showed me unconditional love from my town, in the towns that I was staying in as I was traveling around. But mixed in with all these incredible interactions with local people there was the death in the streets, poverty, war, discrimination etc and a few personal life and death situations. After 6 years of constant travel and evolution I was reading some Hindu Books I had picked up in India 7 months before but hadn’t had time to read. In the middle of reading these text that were describing how the Light /Soul that is in side all humans is connected to the Light /Soul of every other Light/Soul. All off these Lights combined make the Divine so there for we are all Divine. All the Souls connected make God. There for I am a God as every other Soul is a God. On believing and feeling that I was connected to all the beautiful people I had met. I had a revelation, a feeling like I have never experienced and nothing has ever come remotely close to the feeling I had that day. I believe I got to this state by learning to love myself first then that gave me the courage to be able to give unconditional love to myself. Which taught me to be able to give unconditional love and love everybody unconditionally. I believe in the past when we were better connected, humans used there mind in large numbers to build monoliths canals etc. I am sure as a collective and United today humans could do the same.
